Join me at the beautiful Meridian Yoga Studio in Glasgow, for an afternoon “mini retreat”.
Whether we have practiced together before or not, you are very welcome. The afternoon will start with Vinyasa yoga - a movement based style of yoga in which we sync postures and breath. We will then practice some meditation & yin yoga together - a slower, deeper release. There is kneeling, sitting, lying, and flowing involved.
We’ll round of the day with tea and 3 little snacks each. Vegan and GF options are available.
£30 per person, I recommend booking in advance as these days fill up fast - email to book.
