A retreat for sun, fun and in depth yoga practice.

Venue:
We will be staying in a large lodge, near to Luz town - it’s about 15 minutes walk to the beach. We can practice yoga in the sheltered terrace, by the pool, or in the green space by the beach.

Outdoor swimming pool, indoor bubble pool, sauna, table tennis, bar, hammocks and lots of sun loungers make it tempting to hang around the lodge all day, but there are easy options for venturing out exploring too.

Yoga:

Morning and afternoon/evening, unless we are out exploring. We will mix some vinyasa, yin, slow flow asana practices, with some meditation and pranayama. Expect to feel a difference with practicing every day and the benefits of having a structured yoga schedule, tailored to the needs of the the group and the individual.

All yoga equipment is provided.

Included:

Airport transfers, if you are arriving at similar/same time as the main group.

A day hiking on the coast, with sunset picnic

Flights - budget flights available to Faro.

Travel:

Flights are reasonable from Glasgow, Edinburgh and other large airports (Jet2, EastJet, RyanAir). We can plan your travel together if needed. I will be travelling from Glasgow and will be happy to travel together.

Airport transfers are included in retreat cost, if you are arriving at the same time as the majority. Transfer costs will be refunded to you if not. The lodge is one hour drive away from Faro airport.

Cost:

Single occupancy - double bed - £1575pp

Twin occupancy - 2 single beds - £1375pp

Triple occupancy - 3 single beds - £1175pp

Pay in installments: £300 to reserve your spot, then chunks that suit you. This is flexible, speak to me to work out another payment plan if needed.

Full payment must be received by 30th July 2027, unless we have agreed another plan.

Cancellations - full refund before March 30th 2027. Half refund between 1st April and 1st July. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund cancellations made after 2nd July due to costs.
