Join me at the beautiful Meridian Yoga Studio in Glasgow, for an afternoon “mini retreat”.
Whether we have practiced together before or not, you are very welcome.
The afternoon will start with Vinyasa yoga - a movement based style of yoga in which we sync postures and breath. We will then practice some meditation & Yin yoga together - a slower, deeper release.
There is kneeling, sitting, lying, and flowing involved. There are options for different “levels”.
We’ll round off the day with tea, some snacky treats and a blether.
I recommend booking in advance as these events have been busy - they are a lot of fun!
