Join us in Ardrishaig, mid Argyll, for a long Sunday morning yin yoga practice.

There are options for different ‘levels’ - yin yoga involves long holds in postures to deeply stretch and ease into the body and to connect with the energetic body through the principles of Taoism.

This can often bring a sense of release and feeling lighter in the body, more connected to the spirit. Our Mid Argyll yoga community is a very warm, welcoming and inclusive space - we practice together, with recognition and respect for each of our own unique needs.

You will need:

  1. Yoga mat

  2. Comfy clothes that you can move easily in

  3. Water bottle

  4. 2x big pillows, or a yoga bolster

  5. A blanket
